Before you sail
How is my booking confirmed?+
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The remaining 70% may be paid online before the charter or at the marina. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash, with no additional fee for card or online payments.
What happens in bad weather?+
If the Harbor Master (Capitanía de Puerto) closes the port due to adverse weather, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 10 days before departure for a 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations 2–9 days before departure forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
May I bring food or drinks?+
Yes. You may bring extra food, cake and your own beverages. Please advise us in advance about allergies or vegetarian requests.
Where do charters depart?+
Departures are available only from Punta Sam or Isla Mujeres, subject to confirmation and availability.
